Every piece of artwork being printed for the first time goes through Image Quality Control.
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact Us and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That's our policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if you receive a damaged item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only offers reprints or replacements for faulty or lost orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Store Credit.
Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Mixed Babe is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of capturing the right information for your orders.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Mixedbabe directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements are no cost to you.
